Still the same poor customer service a year later. We travel with a camp group, so we didn’t have a choice—but maybe that’s how Alaska Airlines should be viewed: a great airline when everything goes right, and a frustrating one when it doesn’t. One particular rep at the Boston desk clearly hates mornings, travel, or life in general—just as miserable today as she was last year. Alaska isn’t known for resolving issues well, and this experience just reinforced that. Planes are fine, flights usually run on time, but if anything goes off script… good luck. Great choice when you have no choice.

What an unacceptable display of “customer service” at Alaska Airlines Terminal 35A. After enduring a long series of international flights (Dubai → Abu Dhabi → Doha → and connecting to San Diego) the last thing I expected was to be singled out and hassled about a simple laptop bag. At a moment when seven of us were rushing to make short connections, the gate agent chose confrontation over assistance. This is a disgraceful way to treat not just a military member, but any paying passenger. Alaska Airlines can and should do better.

12:30 and all staff are out, and apparently will be out until 2 hours before the next flight. So we're stuck waiting like idiots among Alaska's other 'patrons'. You're told to arrive 3 hours before you board, but you can count on airlines like Alaska to go that extra mile to inconvenience you and make you late. Do yourself a favor. Go with another airline.

Picked up a coworker in boston. Their flight was fine. Everything was good as far as i know. The pickup was as easy as any at logan Airport.

One of my favorite airlines. Non-stop service between my two hometowns (Boston and San Diego) is another BIG plus, as someone who likes direct flights but doesn't want to risk his life with JetBlue's fleet and underpaid pilots.
