Lots of workers standing about looking for their bags in a pile. Makes you realize turnstyles in bigger airports take up a LOT of room.

Those employees lie and blame everyone else including the customer for their horrible service. Absolutly horrible service

We had a flight from Seattle to Anchorage on June 27, and this was our first time flying with Alaska Airlines. The lady at the check-in counter in Seattle forgot to attach the baggage tag to our luggage, and as a result, it got lost. We reported the loss to the Alaska Airlines Baggage Service in Anchorage Airport, and they couldn't do anything more than open a file. We have been continuously calling them for 10 days and still have no information. This morning, when I called them to inquire about compensation for essential items purchased during the luggage delay, the lady who answered the phone was rude and unacceptable. She hung up before we could explain and get the information we needed. This was our first time using Alaska Airlines' service, and it will likely be our last.

Luggage was handled well. Nothing broken or busted. Thanks

I have to say I heard a lot of bad things about Alaskan Airlines and how they handle your baggage but my experience with them was seamless. My bags were where they were supposed to be when they were supposed to be there and in the condition I expected them to be. So I am more than pleased with Alaskan Airlines baggage carrier service
