I had a flight on Sept 9th going to San Diego which was very unpleasant to me. Shortly after the flight attendants started serving snacks my 2yr old had to be changed. So I waited a few minutes and then I got up to ask the attendant which way is the bathroom? She then stated why do you have to use the bathroom? Now clearly I looked at her like she was a dunce and proceeded to say is because I have to use the bathroom. I was very much heated!! I waited in the aisle and eventually they cleared the aisle so I can go. Secondly coming back out i had to change novah shorts because they where wet and the male attendant which gave me terminator vibes was standing behind me like hurry in get to your seat. Same guy who didn't give me a snack for my 2yr old as well smh. I expected better from this airline!!! I wasn't treated well!

Pretty much the same experience as the 1star below me, the “supposed” gate supervisor on 7/24/25 made it personal to not allow me on the plane. She couldn’t provide a proper answer as to why. 3:47pm 1st time I tried Alaska it was 3hour delay and all they could offer was $100 credit. Never again.

I really like Alaska Airlines. They have a partnership with American Airlines so you can use the Admirals Club when flying. The gate agents are friendly. The gate area could use more power outlets. The planes were extremely clean. I like this airline.

I had wheelchair assis. The person was amazing! His name was Jamal Albright. I didn't get his name the first flight I came in on , but got it on my flight back as he was helping others. He even carried a woman's bag onto the plain for her as she was using a cane. He deserves a promotion or raise!
