Lollie went out of her way to make our flight out of Anchorage so special. She spent a ton of time helping our overly tired toddler relax on our red eye. All of the crew were so kind and helpful!

Bag arrivals are guaranteed to be on time but when bags are late a mileage credit via a piece of paper is given only to those who bring up the late bags guarantee at the bag counter. They will send you away once and if you come back a second time they will give you a piece of paper with a code on it. Redemption requires customers to jump through hoops including multiple logins and navigating to different web addresses. I have an Alaska Air account but there are no options to simply do this from my account page. While I was standing at the bag counter they pull up your account in some manner but will not apply the credit for you. Why not just credit my account as you are looking up my bags in your system? On top of that, the redemption code expires in less than a year meaning you have to make time to address it or else. I believe this is intentional and is likely because the complication of the redemption process causes people to give up which is the desired outcome for Alaska Air. I want my interaction with Alaska Air to be smooth. I don't appreciate the complication added to the redemption process, for that I feel this one star review is appropriate.

Best airline up there, service quality and ontime. If you have any problems their staff is set up to handle any situation. And if you need to change your flight. They make it easy!

Great service. Food was great and people were friendly. Won't fly though anyone else again. Alaska airlines is where it's at. 😊
