Very disappointed with Alaska Air Cargo in Houston. I specifically booked my frozen fish to fly on the evening flight to Seattle where is could be put back into the freezer overnight before it’s trip to Arizona for optimal quality. I asked them if they could call or contact me if my fish was going to be bumped from the flight. They assured me they would, this was so I could pick it back of and put it back into the freezer. They did not contact me and I find out today when my client went to pick the fish that was suppose to be in Phoenix now that it did not come in, I thought maybe it had been help up in Seattle, but No they did not ship the fish and did not contact me it will be now over 24 hours the fish has been out of freezer spoiling over $1200 worth of product.

Why do they let these guys smoke marijuana out in the parking lot? I just don’t understand.

Great experience, and great prices for shipping! TSA makes you jump through hoops, but still cheaper, faster, and easier than any moving company!

Nice little place to tuckd out of the way. The shipping was affordable. Not a fan of the digital check in system. I checked in and then sat there and waited. Then the lady at the front desk got someone from the back who checked their computer and then I handed him my paperwork. If you have a digatal check in that should be it my package should come to the door in a timely manner.

My experience with this cargo facility has been consistently disappointing. The staff in the office are often unprofessional and disrespectful, making interactions unnecessarily difficult. Cargo shipments are rarely delivered on time, and I’ve repeatedly had to make two or three trips just to pick up a single order. Nothing ever seems to be ready or resolved on the first attempt, and when you ask questions, no one seems to have any answers, only excuses. This level of disorganization and poor service is unacceptable, especially in a professional logistics environment.
