Absolutely the most unhelpful garbage service. We had an hour and a half window for our pets flight.The man working there immediately met us with an attitude. It's one thing to say there's a cut off time, and there's someone with an attitude problem who got a kick out of how sad I was to hear my pet couldn't get on their flight. The main alaska airline staff even had to call him to try and allow them and he even wanted to give them a problem too. Anyway, avoid if you can.

This is not Alaska Air Cargo. Alaska Air Cargo is located at 614 E Service Dr. and is in the same building as Air General.
