I pick up fresh/frozen fish from Alaska here at this cargo area. The representatives are always professional and helpful getting my package from the freezer and loading my car.

Just a heads up, make sure to bring your receipt when picking up. We were unaware of this requirement and were not informed about it beforehand, but fortunately, the gentleman at the front desk was still able to locate my information. Additionally, the individual who assisted with loading our belongings was quite impolite towards my significant other. So, please be cautious when you reverse your vehicle and avoid going beyond the green cones. It's worth mentioning that this information was not communicated to us either.

Very rude counter person. Kept wanting a number I didn't have but finally used a name and found the package immediately. Then gave terrible instructions on where to back up to get the 10 pound package that was brought out on a pallet ( 10 pounds).Told me to use the incline I stated a car was in the way on the incline.. She then said an incline means up! The ramp next to that ramp. Just a very rude person who should not have public contact. As far as incline goes it can mean an up or DOWN slope.. As the saying goes, you can't fix stupid.

Im a huge fan as I live and manage a business in Alaska. We rely on AA and cargo - stunned by the horrible service in Las Vegas. Such rude people and they made we walk back and forth from office to cargo bay like they didn’t know how to help me all while I had four big boxes. It was like they were surprised I wanted to ship to Alaska.
