The worst customer service ever. They lost over 200 pounds of chill food for 2 weeks and said here is $100 too bad for you

Unbelievable unprofessional behavior. They forgot to ask for a signature when paying and sent us out the door then expected us to drive 50 miles back to sign. Then told us we were fine and then 2 days later said that we needed to sign as they never shipped our package due to it being unsigned. Should be ashamed of the customer service they provide.

The lines are long, but most of the employees are friendly. Parking can be a real pain, especially late morning/early afternoon.

Had to call and wait 20 min just to find out if you are open in anchorage on sunday...post your hours

Parking is always a hassle, but the staff are always friendly, and working hard. They've got plenty of shipping options for families, and very helpful to the remote Alaskan residents.

The absolute worst customer service I’ve experienced. From waiting at the empty desk for 5-10 minutes even after having to be let in by ringing a doorbell to all three of the female employees talking to me rudely and as if I was beneath them for not knowing the routine there, even after stating I was there for someone else, had never used their services. The worst part was watching smile and attempt to be courteous to the gentlemen delivering Starbucks….. a fake smile and a non aggressive tone of voice are two very easy things to use and even fake if need be….

Absolute worst, most unprofessional customer service I’ve ever experienced. Manager Traci seems to be actively working against her own department. Our business lost over $1000 in product and yet 2 months later we have experienced nothing but gaslighting, ghosting, wasted time and outright lies. I strongly encourage corporate to investigate this department and anyone shipping cargo and freight to AK to strongly consider other options until then. I expected better out of Alaska Airlines
