    I come to Alaska Air Cargo for work and it’s always an easy process. Wait times can be long, but at the counter they are very friendly, knowledgeable, informative, and not afraid to call for a Supervisor when time sensitive issues arise. Makes for a pleasant experience.

    Been waiting for over 90 minutes for my animal to brought out. I understand that they need time to get to the cargo office, and they said an hour. The staff have told us she's here, they saw her crate, but that was over 30+ minutes ago. No one seems to be concerned about getting her out to us. Ridiculous that they can't get it together.

    Paid goldstreak and when it picked up live animal at 11pm when there was no body else waiting besides me. The whole entire cargo staff ignore my ringing for 20 min straight when the entire cargo staff was chatting and eating. The worse customer service ever and shows they simply don’t care.

    The wait time is often in excess of 15 minutes once you are inside the building because the staff have no sense of urgency and will sit at their desk or walk around while there’s a line of people waiting. The staff are clearly not customer service oriented in their behavior with customers either. Marilyn helped me today and she was very short with me and generally just rude with me and the customer she helped right before me was treated poorly as well.

    All 7 items arrived within 24 hrs; however, my computer and monitor (both packed in original styrofoam and boxes were damaged. Saw the computer DROPPED off the forklift in HNL. Boxes were labeled “fragile this end up”…didn’t matter. Not impressed with overall care by workers.

    Waited 30min to talk with someone to pick up freight. The staff have no sense of urgency and will sit at their desk or walk around while there’s a line of people waiting. The staff are clearly not customer service oriented in their behavior with customers either. My wife got yelled at for not being perfectly in line as the lines are very confusing. The lady that helped me today and she was very short with me and generally just rude with me and the customer she helped right before me was treated poorly as well.
