Make sure to ask questions and make your presence known. Otherwise, the employees will pretend you don't exist. I'll give the benefit of the doubt and assume they were busy, but it seemed like they just didn't care.

VERY FRIENDLY STAFF! My dog arrived on time, happy! The staff were really helpful! A little hard to find, but what isn't in Atlanta!

Should probably hire people who actually do their job when they look at you the first time instead of having to be asked by other airlines to attend to their customers. Terrible service, if you can avoid using this particular location then do so.

Bad service nobody looking at or speaking with you. You will always wait. Other companies' agents asking first then they let alaska ones know

They're nice, get the job done, and shipments show up fine, but omg so slow. picking up in less than 30 minutes is a really good day, usually takes about an hour. American shares the office and get they like 4x the people done in the same amount of time
