I had an amazing experience shipping with the SAN Alaska Airlines Cargo facility. Everyone was super kind and even though I was new at shipping, they were very patient.

The agent at the counter was cool and very very talkative, I think he's name was Jay. Small and ugly office but the service was awesome 👌

Slower than molasses. Unfocused and constantly chatting instead of getting people in and out. And they don’t seem familiar with their own procedures
