He regularly checked in on us, asking if we needed anything and ensuring we were comfortable throughout the trip. His kindness and attention to detail were deeply appreciated. The team ensured that we felt united and cared for, no matter where we came from. Their helpfulness and dedication truly made us feel at home. The food arrangements were excellent — freshly prepared and always served on time for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We never had to worry about meals, as everything was managed so smoothly. The hotel accommodations were ideal, just a short walking distance from both Haram in Makkah and Madinah, which made our ibadah more peaceful and stress-free.
