HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE This tour organiser lacks experience+moral ethics. They do not know how to manage people and their service is pathetic. After 24hours travel from Mumbai to Madina we were left without rooms and had to rest in the lobby for 7 hours. They talk lies. Promise you and flatter you with many things in Pune with In Sha Allah and Alhamdulillah as their centre of conversation and provide zero facilities in Makkah and Madina. Buses provided for travelling break down at any moment, roofs of the rooms provided start leaking, you will have to sleep with huge lizard size cockroaches in Delma Youth Hotel- Makkah. Food quality was bad. They gave us all stale food. Stale smelling fish. Complete mismanagement. Please do not travel with Al Hijazi. There are many better options available at much reasonable rates.
