The representatives are all in India, the rude way in which these reps speak to people needs to be studied in communication courses. The level of rudeness/pompousness is out of this world. Yes the plane tickets are cheaper however it’s a nightmare. They have hidden charges and will try to overcharge your card if you don’t know the rules. One member will tell you one thing and another will try to over charge you. They tried over charging me by another $400 one day later of purchasing my ticket in addition to the $900 price I already paid for my ticket. I had to contact Delta and my card company. It’s as if the tickets are free or they are the doing you a favor. Delta representatives told me what the ticketing agency’s were saying was not true.

I had purchased my family tickets from Airtkt for future travel. After three months, due to some unforeseen circumstances I had to cancel my flights and I called Airtkt support. I was told that I cannot cancel tickets even though I had purchased a platinum travel protection plan with my booking and according to the protection plan "You will not incur our cancellation fee if the booking is cancelled within 24 hours from your original ticket purchase and will receive a full refund." I was told to take a booking credit instead that can be used in future. Now, when I'm trying to use my credit to book a flight for next year Airtkt is saying that it will expire within one year of original purchase so I don't get why they did not just cancel it when I called them and refund the money. I have no plans to travel this year so my $3000 is all gone into their pocket. When I called them last week they said the expiry date is from Airline and I confirmed from Airline they clearly said that they don't have such expiry thing. Now, instead of giving me a future booking or cancellation they are saying that they can't do anything. You can see all $3000 is gone into their pocket and no one else. This company is terrible. Be aware everyone. Please do not book your tickets from this site, rather pay a little more because eventually they are going to charge you more some or other way later. Terrible terrible company! clear looting from the customers. Looting people hard earned money.

I purchased 2 tickets on this agent. The prices was really reasonable. After purchasing I got a confirmation # letting me know that my booking was completed and they are awaiting confirmation from the airlines That was a red flag for me. I looked up their reviews and everyone who booked with them had the same complaint of not receiving the service they paid for and were robbed of their monies. I am now awIting to see if they billed my credit card. As of now they have a $0 charge. I will not be answering nor responding to any of their correspondences so i would not be billed. This company is terrible. Be aware everyone.

Worst experience ever. So today I purchased a ticket and called back and tried to change to another time and pay the difference. I asked what the difference was he said the ticket would be 400 when I saw it online for 380. I would have to wait for my other ticket to be refunded, I told the guy that I would just keep my previous ticket so we ended the call. He called back to say he cancelled the ticket and I was charged 50 dollar service fee , 15 dollar that was to protect my ticket. And another 10 dollars. I communicated with him that I never asked my ticket to be cancelled , he said well it’s done now. My bank stopped all payments and refunded my money. Never buy a ticket from them.

Scam….My husband and I bought tickets and cancelled within 24 hours. We were told if we cancelled we would get a full refund. The staff acknowledged this and said we still had to pay $100 administrative fee, (which is not a full refund). The staff stated this is in their website however we explicitly asked about a full refund and no mention of administrative fees were mentioned. The staff states we agreed to this however the form we signed mentioned nothing about administrative fees. This company needs reported to FTC. Update fine example this is a company who still does not value a FULL REFUND policy if cancelled within a 24 hour period and shares private information in a public platform.
