Great company to deal with and they were the only ones that are available on Sunday and came out to Wilmington Ohio to pick me up and take me to Cincinnati airport within 2 hours they had clean car ready for me outside my house and driver was very respectful, will be definitely calling back to reschedule rides for future trips

Never on time for patients transportation home from scheduled treatments. Average wait time has been 1-2hrs for ride. Anytime you call for ETA they say 10 mins which turns into an hour or longer or just don’t answer. It’s sad that insurance pays them.

I have zero complaints about this company, the driver called me at 8:00am in the morning to let me know that he will be at my house around 8: 40am 8:45 am. Not only was he on time, he was also seem to be in a good mood. He was kind and courteous very gentle getting me into the vehicle. Then due to a mix-up with the urgent care that I was going to. He didn't have a problem when he had to pick me up and bring me to the emergency room. Overall they turned what could have been a bad day into a good day and I am greatly appreciative of this fact. The dispatch and the driver were both very polite and understanding. Very considerate. I like this transportation company
