Angie at the front desk was extremely helpful. After completing my computer training for my badge, she asked to speak with me privately. She calmly explained that my driver’s license was showing as invalid and even provided a DMV number for me to call. When I contacted the DMV, they informed me that I needed to either renew my CDL medical card or downgrade to a regular driver’s license. I shared this with Angie, and she immediately offered assistance since she had just helped someone with the same issue earlier. She even searched for places where I could renew my medical card and mentioned that her husband and son both hold CDL licenses, which made her advice very practical. Although I called some of the numbers she recommended, I ultimately decided to downgrade my license because I urgently needed my badge that day. Angie’s guidance and support made the process so much easier, and I truly appreciate her help and professionalism.

One of the most inconvenient airports in the US. A stupid long walk between concourse A and B with no decent transportation to move passengers.
