Edit: the owner of this company reached out to me and was so genuinely apologetic and sincere about the fact that she agreed this was not acceptable and that she would address it immediately and appropriately as soon as possible. This company seems to be one of the few that the upper level management seems to care about people and not money. Less than 1 star if possible. Their drivers seem to think it's okay to cut through parking lots to avoid traffic at lights and then pull into the only available handicapped spot as well as blocking a no parking zone, when there was several open spots including the one directly next to the handicapped space he felt entitled to. I am handicapped myself but even if it wasn't this is completely unacceptable.

Their are couple of different businesses in this lot. I went to pioneer. Very nice people working here. If you have sleeper with 53’, try to come as early as possible, saves you from traffic and helps you back into dock easily. Quick unloading.

I had a super important, last-minute package that I needed delivered on the Thursday before Labor Day weekend and Airport Courier Service went above and beyond! I reached out at midnight to see if they could pick up and deliver my package within 12 hours and received fantastic customer service from beginning to end. There was a small scheduling hiccup, but Edgar (the head of operations) swiftly came to save the day and personally ensured that my package reached its destination with time to spare. I would highly recommend ACS and will use their services again if I ever need a courier!
