I have been parking my car at Airpark PDX for 7 years, amounting to 12 visits per year or 2 weeks per month and for the most part they have done a good job looking after my car during that time. Shuttle drivers have been great and so I always tip them. Staff have frequently come and gone but not unexpected. All good up until last Saturday 10/18/25 at 9.30 am. As usual I had an appointment for the designated time. (6 weeks) I arrived and was met at the gate by 2 male and 2 female staff. They informed me there was no parking space for me and I would need to leave my car with the keys, and they would valet park it for me. I looked to my left and read a very long disclaimer board that stated in basic terms that Airpark was not responsible in any way shape of form for damage or contents of my car. I reminded them I have an appointment and was not comfortable with leaving them the keys. Then all hell broke loose. They demanded in very loud voices that I leave and never come back. They were leaping arround taking pictures of me, still sitting in my car and of my license plate. I made a call to Jesse the manager but has so far gone unanswered. The next day my frequent parker account was cancelled along with all my free days that I had accumulated. So I guess that’s the end of Airpark for me.

I was nervous about keeping my vehicle at a lot near the airport but this place was great. The lot feels secure and the shuttle drivers were extremely nice and helpful. Super easy and convenient. I booked ahead of time and accidentally paid for the wrong location and they refunded me no problem. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend this parking lot business.

Be prepared to have your prepaid reservation go up, as they have no problem adding 20% to your prepaid reservation if you accidentally go over by a tiny couple of hours. Not fair pricing when you consider this potential as this go wrong when traveling. If you plane is delayed, be prepared to be late and pay more even if it's just a tiny amount more than what you would originally booked I'd check other places first.

I’ve never used a park and fly type of service before, I emailed the manager and they responded in less than 24hrs. It was so convenient and easy to park, the shuttle to the airport and back is quick and the rates for parking are better than others around the area. Will definitely use this service again.

Always park with Airpark there drivers usually drive safe and not crazy like there competition. I mean it’s only less than 10 minutes from the airport no reason to drive like a crazy person! Feel safe leaving our car with them as well.

The attendant in the booth was rude when we were leaving. I received an email from management stating that they had reviewed the footage of our interaction and found that she was not rude and polite throughout. This is a lie. Her customer service was terrible, and she didn’t answer my question about the charge on my way out. I just wanted to know why I was being charged more.
