I always travel with Air France for the past work years. I had my 8 month child with me on my last flight. They refused to give me a bassinet for my infant. The flight attendant on the plane were very rude. I asked nicely and she started to yell at me. For the past 2years I’ve traveled 5times. They have always been out of chicken I can see maybe 1-2 times but all 5? Like they are playing a game to save money on chicken. This will be my last time flying with them I will use Lufthansa.

One and done with this airline agency, if I can give it -0 I would. My hubby and I traveled in May 2024 from Detroit to Barcelona, Spain and then on a cruise. When we checked in our luggage 1 of the 3 luggage’s didn’t arrive to Barcelona, I placed an AirTag and it showed that it was still in Detroit so I made a report at BCN airport and I received a reference/baggage claim #. My luggage was found 24 hours later and I received an email stating that they’re going to deliver it directly to our hotel. When I received my luggage, I opened it and looked through it, there was some missing items and damage to my luggage that I purchased for the first time. I immediately emailed AirFrance and started a claim. As I was submitting my claim report, AirFrance site to submit the claim was acting up, not allowing me to submit the claim, I tried several times but I couldn’t move forward so I emailed them back stating my concern and to contact me ASAP so I can move forward with the claim. The next day I called AirFrance to let them know that I was having issues submitting my claim then I sent them an email saying that I was about to leave on a cruise from Italy and will be gone for 2 weeks and to get in touch with me but I heard nothing from them…Fast forward 2 weeks when we arrived back to Detroit, I immediately called AirFrance and told them my situation and they said no worries we’ll take care of it. Mind you back and forth with email after email and lots of hours spent on the phone with AirFrance claims consultants… After 4 months of terrible communication or lack of from their end, AirFrance denied my claim completely because they said that I didn’t meet the 7 day window of when my luggage was reported to them and not submitted my report during that 7 day window. I explained the problems I was having with their site and sent them the email that stated I was having issues but they were not budging, the consultants were rude, not helpful whatsoever and the stupid part is they have no supervisor to speak to, no other department to resolve this issue and no one would respond to my emails. I lost a lot of $$ on the items that were taken from my luggage and AirFrance had no care for me as a client whatsoever. Btw there airplane is awful, very cramped and the airline flight attendant are extremely rude as well. I, my family and friends will never travel with AirFrance. Save your $$ and time with this garbage agency and go with another company.

Overall not impressed with this airline. Food on the flights to and from Paris was less than mediocre even by airline standards. Did not offer water at all on either flight. Took carry on. Flight from Montreal no issue. Flight from Paris we got randomly selected and carryon was weighed but they weighed carryon AND personal item. Nowhere on the Air France website does it say both will counted toward the 12kg limit. Our carryons were 10 an 11 kg. Said over the 12kg limit so had to pay 140 euro for two bags. When we boarded there were bigger and heavier bags than ours. Either make everyone weigh and pay or none at all. Flight attendants were pleasant and accommodating but that does not an airline make. Will not fly Air France again.

Almost smashed my husbands fingers with the runaway beverage cart in the aisle. The sound for the tarmac Music was too loud north at take off and landing. The seat area was dirty the window was gross and slimy. Someone left their germs and greasy hair all over it. (How fast we forget to clean covid still exist) the sound on the music playlist was overdriven making it hard to listen to. The flight attendants were really nice and apologized for the inconvenience. I’m not a complainer, but this was a very disappointing experience from a delta partner. We play more to fly delta instead of other airlines. We have preferred status which also didn’t seem to transfer to Air France. Bummer

I've never flown a more classy airline. The flight attendants were very polite and helpful. The entertainment system is very nice and free. They provide pillows, blankets, headphones for everyone, and Free, meals and drinks for international flights
