I would like to share my experience with AIR41 GmbH to alert other customers to potential discrepancies. I had reserved seats for a flight from Tunis through this service and paid in advance. However, upon check-in, I was informed that the reserved seats had already been allocated to someone else. Despite repeated attempts to contact customer service by email, I unfortunately received no response. This is very disappointing for me, as I booked a seat reservation trusting that it would be honored. When reserved seats are reassigned without consultation, the question arises as to what added value this service actually offers. Unfortunately, this was an unpleasant experience for me, one I hadn't expected. I recommend that future customers do their research before booking and consider alternatives if necessary. This review reflects my personal experience.

Excellent help and support, for example, with booking a wheelchair and a seat. Ms. Volz was a great help to me, which isn't always a given. I highly recommend Air41.

Beware of a rip-off! We made a seat reservation for three people on a round-trip flight from Linz to Hurghada. The outbound flight was fine, but on the return flight, we were assigned seats other than the ones reserved. We informed the stewardess about this, but we were told to contact AIR41 GmbH after the flight regarding a refund, as they couldn't do anything. No sooner said than done, and rejected the offer. They claimed we had made the reservation for September 5, 2024, even though our return flight was on August 29, 2024. Ms. Volz explained that it made no sense to make a seat reservation for a flight we didn't book. She simply stated that their system doesn't make mistakes and that there are no refunds. It's not about the 30 euros, it's about the principle. The matter will be referred to legal protection. Absolute rip-off! Stay away!

I don't normally write bad reviews, but unfortunately, with such poor service, it's well deserved. Air41 GmbH is a service provider for various airlines. You book your seat on the plane, for example, through your airline's system via Air41 GmbH. Here's my experience. Probably due to my own error or a system glitch (it took me several attempts to book), I accidentally booked seats for the wrong flight (wrong date). I only realized this after some correspondence with customer support. Unfortunately, in my case, the flight with the incorrectly booked seats would have been in a week, and neither a credit nor anything else was offered. Paid services are non-refundable – it's apparently stated in the terms and conditions, and they don't deviate from them. The possible technical error wasn't addressed at all. Overall, everything went very poorly and could have been improved.
