Spacious interior. Good service. Nice plane. The fish breakfast and bibimbap were good. The chicken with linguine noodles was not. Very smooth landing and takeoff. We appreciate the pilots’ skill, efforts, and hard work. Thank you for bringing us to and fro safely.

How do you leave a plane at a gate like it’s a car in a parking lot? So delayed. Poor communication with the passengers. The WiFi is a rip off. You’re forced to use airplane mode and they charge you $25 for 3 hours WiFi. The “movies and tv” on their screens stink and the food, not special at all and the Bim Bim Bap, avoid at all costs, it gives you gas. I ate this in other restaurants and nothing happened Even in Korea, the luggage belt had issues Even Landing in Korea, I found out from my sister there was a delay, no one told us on our flight. I just spoke with Lily just about 30 minutes ago, and she told me that I wasn’t allowed to talk to a supervisor. I asked to get help changing my name, and dob. She also told me I wrote down the wrong birthday, but my travel agency said it was correct. She told me the only way to help me was to have a photo of the convo between Expedia and me to help me with the situation. So I finally got that after the initial conversation. I was respectful, obviously getting frustrated with the situation, but still respectful. I called again to report back with the requested document, but upon telling her it was me and confirming it was Lily, she hung up on me. Luckily, by this point, Expedia was able to email them and get it sorted out. I just couldn’t wait a whole 12 hours to confirm that this went through, especially since the reason for this new flight was because air premia changed my initial reservation for September 3 Wednesday to a another date because that flight had maintenance. I’ve never had a flight change up a whole flight like that without giving options to the passenger. Ofc they did refund me, but still. I almost let that go, but today’s experience with Lily just made me realize maybe I need to take my business elsewhere.

me and my family took two flights with air premia. safe to say we got the message that we shouldn’t fly with this airline ever again. in the first flight, we were delayed 2 hours due to a meinor defect on the right engine. they also have a flight announcement every 5 minutes. on the returning flight we were waiting over an hour making us potentially missing our flight .

Air premia airfare from LAX To ICN (South Korea) is cheaper than any other airlines. Air premia is using Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner, so it can adjust air pressure of the flight, so won't feel ear problems. Also, you can adjust windows' blight strength. Merits: 1. Cheaper airfare 2. Tasty meals 3. New Air plane with enough leg rooms Demerits: 1. Not a good app for mobile. 2. Only K-movies and K-dramas for entertainment 3. Need to buy other than basic meals (coffee & Water are free)
