Very good service! Took off on time and landed 15 mins before schedule at BOM

I am writing to express my concern regarding the wheelchair assistance provided at Terminal 2, Mumbai, after our recent flight from Bangkok to Mumbai with Air India. My mother, who requires a wheelchair, faced significant difficulties during our recent experience. The staff was handling multiple passengers at once, which led to a lack of proper attention and caused unnecessary discomfort. In particular, I observed that one staff member was managing two wheelchairs simultaneously, even though the passengers were unrelated. This situation resulted in additional confusion and inconvenience for those of us in need of assistance. We had booked a wheelchair service at the time of ticket booking, but the experience was far from satisfactory. Both Air India and the Airport Authority need to ensure there is sufficient and well-trained staff to handle such services efficiently. I hope you will address these concerns to improve the overall experience for passengers who require assistance. Very Bad experience.

I’ve been a loyal Air India customer for years, but after all the recent accidents and safety incidents, I chose not to risk my life flying with them—and now the airline refuses to even extend my two business class vouchers that expired simply because I didn’t feel safe using them. It’s disgraceful that instead of acknowledging passengers’ very real safety concerns, Air India is punishing loyalty and showing zero accountability.

Air India should improve on service. They allowed people to check in and made everyone stand on queue outside the flight for 20 minutes. Mr. Archit tseen on photo was just smiling at the condition doing nothing. They could have asked people to wait outside. There are senior citizens who are standing since long time.
