Air General failed to notify our broker of a pending shipment. When we were made aware we cleared same day and tried to retrieve the cargo. For one week Air General would not release the cargo and allowed it to rack up over $7K in storage charges. When I called to ask Air General to waive the storage fees I was yelled at on the phone, and hung up on - name will not be mentioned. Poor poor customer service. Going forward I will re-direct my shipments away from air general.

They don't know what they are doing. I was given different information by all three people I talked to on the phone. Eventually got the correct information 5 days later but it ended up costing me, and the manager wouldn't wave the extra charges or talk to me even though I was given the wrong information by them which was the reason for the extra costs. The staff at the pick up location were very helpful. The management was not at all helpful just the opposite.

There was an issue with our delivery and we received the wrong product. Shelle the station manager loaded the pallet into her personal vehicle and delivered it same day. Excellent staff! Super helpful! Thank you so much!!

Great company to work with, they went above and beyond what was expected in helping us get our shipment delivered to Idaho. Would definitely recommend and use again.

I went to check in here, the young lady and young guy who were working at the counter were exceptionally pleasant to work with, they found the cargo I was looking for in their warehouse, we were all talking and laughing inside the office, then the loader had me back into the dock, and immediately started loading my truck. The loading process only took about 10 minutes. Treat them with respect and you'll get respect in return and have a great experience.
