AAL cargo is not readily marked. Was not easily found. Once I found it, the employees were friendly and got out of there quickly. I was picking up a puppy for my wife flown in from Missouri. Puppy was fine, wife is happy. All is well!

Maps sends you to the back of the building. We were looking for Alaska Air Cargo. Once there, while I was standing to be helped, another man (his truck said he worked for APJ Express LLC, Miami) walked in and right in front of me to this Air General, he not only cut right in front of us, but AG John helped him immediately. Thankful another gentleman walked out to help. Duane was a nice and helpful guy who brought my rating up from 1 star. This other man shipping out was annoying, irritated, and appeared to speak only Spanish. Rude. He also started to wave his arms angrily around near my head and my husband came and stood between us. I would imagine this guy has no respect for women. Thank you, Duane for being a nice guy.
