LISTEN TO ALL THE REVIEWS!!!! Worst Airline Cargo place I have ever been to. They take 1 hour to help out 4 people. I had to reschedule the flights, since the company I work for refused to change to southwest. Southwest is a FAR better cargo airline for the U.S.. I've had to deal with AG-DEN almost every month and every time I go there it's 2 hours to wait. They also refuse to use their ramp. I have to lift 100lbs+ of cargo out of my van onto their dock. It is ridiculous how lazy they are. I highly suggest using someone else to fly your cargo. UPDATE 05/25/2022: BE WARNED VAN DRIVERS!!! They removed their perfectly fine ramp so be prepared to break your back! I'm am writing this as I sit in a line by myself waiting for a "text".

Shipping your pet across the Atlantic is not something you relish, but when you get customer service like Amber provided it makes the whole experience so much better. Amber couldn’t have been more helpful, courteous and considerate. Nice work Amber and the Air General DEN team. You rock!

Its ok but it take to Long to load the trucks and actually they don't load them they just throw the load close to your truck and the driver has to finish loading it and they don't give a damm if the driver has a palletjack or forklift

I’ve been to Soviet bloc countries that work more efficiently than this place, seriously. SW Cargo is an absolute dream compared to air general

I work for a funeral home that ships human remains. This is my second interaction with this place and both of them were awful. The shipment today was refused and I still don't understand why. They said they didn't have a dock door available, we'll isn't that their challenge?!.! There is a family in Alaska waiting for their loved one who will not arrive now. Incredibly poor customer service and really insolent workers. Karen, Crystal and Doris should be ashamed of themselves. My funeral home business will go somewhere else if possible. This place is horrible and someone needs to evaluate the people working there. They're awful.

ZERO Stars. Most Terrible service I've had in a while. This job is Easy & laid back. However the Employees here make the Customer experience horrific, They enjoy giving paying customers stress & a hard time. They are Not Pleasant kind people, the company needs to get rid of them All, hire people that appreciate having a job, like working with the public, have a good attitude, with personality. Then the business will flourish with Repeat customers that enjoy bringing their business to Air General.
