Our cat who we flew overseas was dropped off with Air General and she was put onto a shelf in a warehouse that was very hot, forklifts everywhere, extremely noisy…this is a completely unacceptable way to treat pets! There was an office that we originally went into where there was air conditioning and plenty of room to keep her in the back. We are NOT happy at all with how we found Ellie. This is disappointing and very disturbing. The high today was 97 degrees, we picked her up and it was 94, and the warehouse is open to the outdoors. I can’t imagine what would have happened if she had been on an earlier flight and kept in those conditions in the middle of the day.

Thank you for your prompt attention to our loads. Great service, excellent communication. Easy location to get in and out of. Office is in the front, next to dock 1. I hope I come back here again.
