Manager was rude and had terrible customer service skills. She just wants you to write an email whenever there is a problem after waiting for hours.

Total lack of respect for truck drivers and they are rude. I lost the whole day to be loaded.

I have a good experience with this company. I had a delivery. One hour In-N-Out. Minus one star only for no restroom. Plenty of overnight parking on a street around this facility. Maverik truck stop is less than a mile away. Drivers entrance is located on south side of the building.

Got here at 4:12pm MST and still waiting 4 hours later to get put on the dock to get loaded. I would decline any loads coming from this place because they are all young kids who don't know the meaning of work and I saw them playing on their phone and standing outside B.Sing instead of getting trucks loaded and sending them down the road. The drivers in the docks have been sitting there for 2 hours now without getting loaded so they can leave.
