I have a ticket reservation with air france for next month and I was told on the phone that I had to pay 800 euros to switch it to today. This was too expensive for me but they told me I had a second option which was going to the check in on the day of the flight, and seeing if they could give me a better deal if there were any passengers that missed their flight. When I arrived to check in, I was told that instead of paying 800 euros, I could pay 600 euros. I spoke to my father for one minute on the phone, and while I was speaking someone came ahead of me and paid for his ticket with his credit card. Immediately after he did this, I handed my passport to the agent and he told me the system was closed and he could not help me. Instead of giving me a warning that the system was going to close, he simply let me miss my flight. And this was a few seconds after the guy before me, who went ahead of me while I was on the phone for just one minute, paid for his flight just seconds before me. Extremely unprofessional and unacceptable.

Nice services and personnel well informed would help you finding better fares for your trip. I would recommend traveling with KLM and Air France.

AF staff at Angola airport does not speak of a service expected by a major airline.
