Very slow. First time picking up here. As usual, our shipment is fairly small. We usually use China Cargo or AA from PVG, but tried Air China because of a good rate. I thought a little later for recovery would be easier, but only one forklift operator was working for Air China, and many people are waiting. I'm estimating the wait to be at least 3-4 hours at 8pm. 7 drivers waiting for help. Seriously understaffed. Air China cannot provide this incredibly low level of service and expect to keep customers. Terrible.

Now that they've moved to FARO at Lively blvd the service is outstanding and wait times vastly improved
