    I called Air Canada to add my Canadian Travel Number to my booking. The person I spoke with on the phone argued with me that there is "no such thing". When I asked to speak with a supervisor she said no and ended the call. There was no way for me to add this number online as the field was not longer editable post booking. I didn't want to cancel and rebook in fear of loosing my selected seats. I filed and an online complaint and two months later I recieved a response. It didn't address the problem of the customer service rep not knowing what a CTN is and then hanging up on me.

    I travel a lot, all around the world. Different airlines, different aircrafts and different classes. But mark my word !! AirCanada's 777-ER service YYL - MUN has the shittiest economy cabin I have ever seen! Seat width is even smaller than Ryanair's! C'mon people, is a transatlantic flight. You cannot stay squeezed like sardines for 7hours! If you happen to take a nap during meal service .. that's it :) good luck (oh sorry we are out of ...). I had no choice but to fly with AirCanada but it was the first and the LAST time!!

    From my today's booking experience, I can confidently say that Air Canada's customer service is excellent. I am especially grateful to Cindy from the Saint John, NB office. I booked international travel tickets for my entire family for this year's summer break yesterday. The travel plan was complex, including stopovers in cities with multiple airports and different travel times for my husband. I made several mistakes in my bookings, but Cindy from the Saint John, NB office came to my rescue. She expertly and patiently sorted out all the issues, finding us the shortest flights at the best prices. Her dedication to customer service was truly invaluable.

    I have two e coupons from previous flights delay with air Canada. In order to use both coupons, I have to call to book. I booked a 5 day return ticket in July and All seems flawless until I signed into my air Canada app to add the trip, then I found my return flight was in August! I immediately cancelled the booking and got full refund. I have to wait Air Canada to reload my e coupon before book again. Very disappointed

    Worst airline ever!!!!! Flew SJY to YUL. Connecting from YUL to LIS. Departure from YUL to LIS scheduled at 9:30 pm. After gate changes, departure time changes and deplaning once, we eventually departed at 1:00 am. The return was generally the same. Our confirmation ticket clearly indicated that we each had a free checked bag. Outward bound not an issue. However, the Bulldog check-in attendant in Lisbon refused to allow us the free checked bags but instead charged us just under 200$ CDN. We now have to “fight” with Air Canada for this as well as the delays getting to destination and returning home. We were told the plane from YYZ was had not arrived first our connecting to YSJ so departure scheduled for 7:45 eventually left just before 11:00 pm with arrival home after 2:00 am in the morning- long days out and even longer in. Never again Air Canada!!!
