I see a positive change with the Employees and Service from my most recent flight domestically to international. I wish nothing but the best for our National Airline Carrier. Me, my family and friends fly proudly with Air Canada. Air Canada keep up the good job. Thank you for being so welcoming and kind to my family and specifically to our 4 year old daughter, the flight attendants were so sweet and caring to her. Thank you Captain for the High five and for the little Airplane Stickers for my Daughter.

If you can avoid flying Aircan, do so. Especially for business flights. I have never, not once out of the 10+ flights in the last two years, gotten all of my receipts. Every single time I've had to send in a help request to get all of my receipts. Their customer service is atrocious (not the call center employees fault). Their prices are skyhigh for domestic flights, and the planes don't get cleaned between flights. Trudeau should have nationalized them and fired the entire executive team rather then bailing them out during COVID

Friendly flight attendants, friendly staff and a wonderful plane! Multiple free meals as well. I flew from SeaTac to Vancouver to Tokyo

I booked a trip to Canada very far in advance, using only Air Canada, as I expected that they would be reliable. Now that it's time to travel back to Europe, they've left me completely stranded in Canada with no way of getting back home to my work and family. The majority of their staff at Vancouver were supremely unwilling to help and unempathetic (only one young woman working for them had any sort of empathy for my situation, but her supervisor just told me to call a phone number and get a flight home a week from now). Unacceptable treatment of their passengers. Would give 0 stars if it was an option.

Rotten Food Served on Long-Haul Flight I recently flew with Air Canada from Sydney to Vancouver, and I had one of the most disappointing in-flight experiences I’ve ever had. During the meal service, I was served rotten food. The smell and taste were clearly off, and it was completely unacceptable for an international long-haul flight. This is not a minor issue—this is a serious health and safety concern. Food served on an aircraft should meet the highest standards, and it is shocking that something in this condition was ever loaded onto the plane. I reported it to the cabin crew, but the response was minimal and not reassuring at all. For a premium-priced airline, I expected far better quality control. Air Canada seriously needs to review its catering processes and ensure that passengers are not put at risk. After this experience, I am extremely disappointed and hesitant to fly with Air Canada again. Air Canada, this is unacceptable. Please do better.

Air Canada cancelled the second leg of my trip without any notification—no email, no text, no app alert, nothing. I only discovered it when I went to check in at the gate. There wasn't even someone at the gate to help rebook flights. Their customer service offered no explanation. I've submitted a claim for reimbursement for my replacement flight etc. I will update if they actually pay fully for it. Completely unacceptable for a major airline in 2025. I lost time, money, and trust. I’ll be avoiding Air Canada from now on.
