    AVOID BOOKING WITH AIR CANADA no matter how much extra it costs. We were delayed due to Air Canada employment issues. A $15 dinner voucher was offered for use only in the airport, after standing in line multiple times with zero direction from Air Canada employees. The voucher was only good at the airport, yet we could not go back through security to even use it an any food vendor. We are currently 15 hours into a 3 hour flight and stranded at the Denver airport until tomorrow with no luggage. This will end up to be an over 24 hour trip.

    Flying experience was alright. International service was fine. Smaller planes were dingy and staff was rude. Writing this review because I have currently been waiting at baggage claim for an hour after landing and my bag still shows it’s on the tarmac. Everyone from the plane is stuck here. Employees are just shrugging and shaking their heads telling people to wait. Annoyed as hell that this is the largest delay of the trip.

    Air canada tracks your checked luggage which you can see on their app. I have yet to experience a delay more than 10 mins with this airline. I hope to be able to continue to use their services from the US. Thank you for your honorable business!

    If I was given the option to fly any airline out of Denver for free OR pay to fly Air Canada, I'd gladly pay. The customer service I received after this IT issue was stupendous! I've also never had a bad flight with Air Canada. So the wonderful lady working this morning and those helping her are saints, and I apologize I didn't get her name, I was very tired from spending the night in the airport in the torture devices they call chairs. Thank you for actually caring.

    My direct flight to Montreal from Denver July 12 was cancelled after sitting on the plane for 1 1/2 hours. Luckily, I was able to get a red eye flight with connection, arriving in time to board the cruise. However, I could not use my paid hotel room for the night of July 12. I had travel insurance but have been unable to collect. Air Canada has ignored my written numerous requests to forward the official claim form explaining reason for cancellation which is required to process my insurance claim. I have had several requests from Generali for me to provide them the Air Canada official reason for the cancellation. I have completed all the other paperwork. I am angry, frustrated and disappointed that Air Canada will not cooperate as I was not able to use the hotel room and deserve reimbursement. Shari S
