Never book air canada. Worst flight, and customer service with bunch of angry people. Lost a day of a planned trip due to hiccups from Air Canada which they couldn’t sort out. Lost money on a hotel and all planned activities. All we got back in return was they can’t control these things.

The travel on Air Canada is pretty great. The trip that we took was from o hare airport to toronto Pearson to cph. The planes that we were on had televisions up all the time. That really made for a wonderful and exquisite experience.

I look forward to this airline going into bankruptcy after it delayed our flight and we missed our cruise. This is the worst airline in the world. Do yourself a favor and fly someone else.

Maya at Air Canada Chicago help desk, rebooked my 2 tickets because of the previous big delay at Denver airport. She makes sure I have 2 connecting flights Chicago - Toronto - Quebec with enough time to connect in case of another delay that January 3rd. She also provided me with a $15 coupon meal usable at Staff is very friendly, great spacious seating. Many movies, tv programs or music to choose from.

I was one of the passengers into Flight AC 8963, flying from YUL to ORD on Sunday, May 15, 2022, traveling with my friends. We had two air hostesses serving into our flight. One of them named, Shanty had very rude way of communications with one of my friends regarding seating. I was very disappointed with her choices of words, it was absurd and totally inappropriate. She should've used the right choices of words while communicating with passengers. This brings down the quality of services and brings a bad reviews from passengers. Hope Air Canada takes this into consideration and address this issue with the Air Hostess so passengers have a pleasant flight going forward. Thank you.
