My first time to fly Air Canada and I assure you that will be my last flight with them as well.Aside from dealing with rude stewardess, ground personel and officers, the foods they serve is absolutely 0 star. I flew international every year and never encounter such shitty service. Toronto airport is worse, you have to walk 20 minutes to go to security and fall in line for 40 mins deal with rude officers to get to the immigration and immigration line is another 20 mins walk and another so if you have connecting flights you can easily miss it. Ohhh and on top of that they lost my luggage that I have all my gifts for family, clothing and foods I brought back from home. I’ve been trying to communicate with them regarding my delayed/lost luggage but no one answer my call and cannot reach out to them at the contact provided. I hate Air Canada!!!

Huge shout out to Carlos and the gentleman working aside him with apologies I didn't catch your name AC is lucky to have him helping people like us THANK YOU CARLOS AC rep Houston tx may 12/25

There was no one at the ticket counter for our early flight and the self-check-in kiosks were not working so we all just stood around until ticket agents showed up. Also, my vegan meal request was ignored on the return flight (rescheduled to the next morning thanks to Air Canada issues) and the flight attendant was abrupt about it. So I arrived hungry and not pleased. So much for being pampered in Business Class. They still get 4 stars because the rest of the flight crews on the other 3 legs of the journey were so friendly, gracious and efficient. And Air Canada put us up in a very nice hotel since our flight schedule was messed up by their issues.

Never fly with them. Everything was absolutely awful, and they lost both mine and my wife's luggage. They said they were just delayed, it took us hours to get help. Then our point of contact never gave us updates. Said one bag would be delivered that day, then complete radio silence. Still haven't heard back now its been 48 hours. On the flight from Toronto to Austin they never offered a snack on the 4 hour flight. Seriously, don't fly with them. We weren't the only ones that lost our luggage. There were 10 other people experiencing the same thing. And at the Toronto airport they shuffled us from line to line saying that we needed to go to another counter, and then never allowed us to file a claim. We had to take our connecting flight the next day without our luggage and when we got to our final destination they didn't even have a desk. There was a piece of paper taped in a corner with a number that didn't work, and after an hour a single representative came and we were finally able to file the claim but now we're still waiting with no updates. The website they refer you to to check the status is anncient, and doesn't seem to work.

This is the laziest group of folks in the entire airport. I’ve had bad flying experiences, but this one was by far the worst. Got to a flight 90min ahead of takeoff, had already checked in and did not have a bag to check. Just needed my passport scanned and a boarding pass. Counter was a ghost town. The Air Canada employees at check in decided to just…quit working for the day… I could have scanned my passport at the kiosk, but they shut that down too. And Canada wonders why we think so little of it?!
