We couldn’t find a single person at the desk for air Canada at the airport in Hong Kong to help us. Other airlines had signs (with helpful information for their passengers but not air Canada.) Fast forward to the flight, another disappointment. Zero stars for Kathleen, the flight attendant on flight AC 8 (Hong Kong to Vancouver) was absolutely rude!!! I was about to ask her a question and she stuck her hand in my face. Afterward she sarcastically asked if I was ok. She was inconsiderate and showed a lack of professionalism. So disappointed because every other crew member was very kind.

Zero stars. This is undoubtedly the worst airline I have ever experienced. From absent employees at counter to flight attendants that seem annoyed they have to deal with customers to missing international connections because of their doing. Direct flights get cancelled and you are rebooked to other ones that take you through more layovers even though you paid for direct.

They lost our luggage on three different international trips and refused to compensate us for our time or reimburse expenses they caused. One star is too generous.

On a recent trip to Europe with Lufthansa I flew their partner airline Air Canada through Vancouver international airport. Air Canada is one of the worst airlines I have ever flown. Their equipment is extremely out of date. They have the smallest plane between Vancouver and Portland. I would strongly recommend choosing a different connection to avoid having to travel on Air Canada.

I've never had issues with Air Canada in the past, but the experience with the agent at PDX was unacceptable. When it was our turn to check in, she didn’t make eye contact and spoke so quickly it was hard to tell whether she was addressing us or the agent next to her. Suddenly, she asked for our carry-ons, which confused me. I asked if she was checking them in because the flight was full, and she snapped, “I asked you if you wanted to! now I have to rip the ticket.” Right after that, she turned to her colleague and complained loudly, saying things like, “People don’t listen.. all day I print tickets and rip tickets,” all in front of me. I told her she was being rude, and she escalated the situation by arguing even more. When I asked for her name, she walked away to the other side of the counter. I did get a photo of her, but honestly, this kind of behavior is completely unprofessional. . This agent clearly needs customer service training. The whole interaction felt chaotic and disrespectful.
