Avoid like a plague! They cancel flights frequently and are rarely on time. The customer service is shockingly poor β some of the most disrespectful staff I've encountered in my travels to over 65 countries. Additionally, checked baggage takes an unreasonably long time to appear on the belt. As a proud Canadian, it pains me to say that this airline is a complete embarrassment. Avoid at all costs even if the tickets are cheaper- you will thank me later

Wow. Just a terrible experience. Canceled my flight and left me in a strange city overnight with no accomodations. Dispicable. Avoid this airline at all costs if you can.

Out of four flights three were late and of those three one was cancelled and rescheduled. One of the flights was delayed because one of the flight attendants was late. I'm paying for the flight and I have to arrive two hours early. They are being paid for the flight and they show up late. What's wrong with that picture. The only flight that was on time was the one leaving Boston. In addition, they also had gate and seat changes. When they cancelled a flight they didn't update us on the new flight. Air crews didn't greet people on boarding or departure. You got the feeling that passengers were just an inconvenience.

Crowded. Cramped. Loud. Only a snack bar for services. The saving grace is a dedicated security line, through which you can breeze easily almost any time off the day. So stay out until the last moment and enjoy yourself.

First off, the flight is packed full which is typical. Then, I saw ground staff's attitude on the passengers. Follow by: the flight delayes. Even when the plane arrived and the passengers were boarded on the plane, something else came up. All passengers are sitting on their seats for hours. And the plane doesn't pull off. This must be the worst experiences I have up until now. Let's see what is coming up next. Humor me! π₯°
