When I say…. Fun and worth it, understatement. We grabbed a special for $25 unlimited classes for a week for my best friend’s birthday and glad we did. I’m visiting in town from Atlanta for the week and will try to go a second time. Super cute location with some parking available at the door. Was greeted immediately by Zoë with a smile at the door. She was such a calm and patient instructor the entire time. This was my first time doing any aerial fitness but I felt so confident with her encouragement and coaching. She said they have fitness classes and stretching classes so you’ll get what you need either way. Thanks so much Zoë for making me feel like a baddie my first time!! 10/10 for sure!!! Y’all better go see Zoë, she’s amazing!

We had SO much fun!! You hosted our team for a group class and everyone that attended are still talking about it!! Full of laughter, great exercise and group bonding!!! Thank you so much, our instructor was AMAZING!!! Highly recommend!!!! I am sore in places I never knew possible, It was a great workout and FUN at the same time!!!!! This is a must try!!!!

Hosted a private class at AIR and highly recommend! So professional, friendly, great at communication! They catered our class to exactly what WE wanted and ensured everyone had a great time. Super accommodating and made our experience one of a kind! Highly recommend!

Ive never tried aerial yoga before and I went to the foundations class while visiting Phoenix. I had so much fun! It was challenging and our instructor gave us modifications for each pose/exercise as needed. Everyone in class was also very friendly and encouraging!

Just did class today with Zoe. She was awesome and made me feel comfortable 🫶🏽 she made it look easy! She a beast. I’ll definitely come back! -Diana
