I booked through the agency almost a year ago ,i was told that my flight was cancelled due to covid 19 my flight was in MAY and i read a statement that INTERJET STOP FLYING in march why would the agency still continue to have me pay more money and re-book my flight when INTERJET is in banckruptcy and they are not answering any calls or messages I'M VERY UPSET BECAUSE PROBABLY I WILL NEVER GET MY REFUND. I BOOKED THROUGH THE AGENCY TO MAKE IT EASIER PROCESS FOR ME BUT NOW IT"S A DAM NIGHTMARE! AND NOBODY WANTS TO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IT SO MY MONEY FOR 4 TICKETS JUST WENT TO THE GARBAGE. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK IN THIS AGENCY!!!
