I'm always very friendly at the counter, and the security guards help you carry heavier items if you're alone. It's not their job, but they'll be helpful if you ask. Just tip them $. My only observation is with the parking lot: sometimes customers gather or UPS trucks arrive, and it's difficult to move your packages. The next thing I can say in general about Aeromexico Cargo is don't even think about sending urgent packages during the holiday season if you haven't paid for Gold service, because you'll suffer, and they won't arrive on time.

Excellent service. The staff is very friendly, and the facilities are very adequate. Shipments arrive immediately; you just have to wait for your flight, and that's it.

It's the best courier service in Mexicali, the fastest and most affordable. The only downside is that you have to go to the airport to pick up your packages.
