They charge $10 + $15 =$25 bucks to PRINT BOLs...you need to print BOLs before or pay them $25. It's a money grab. But the worst thing...I checked in at 9 am and checked out at 5 pm. It took them 8 freaking hours to load 26 pallets. And I was lucky because I was panicking and constantly asked them to load me. Other drivers spend more than 10 hours to be loaded.
