JONATAN DEL BOSQUE WORST FLIGHT ATTENDANT After cancelling 2 times my flight I finally took my flight home and had the worst experience of my life. We took the red eye from Mex-Miami and during the flight I went to the restroom; probably spend 3 minutes there and someone started knocking on the door and I told them that it was busy; well they went head and open the door while I was using it. When I left the bathroom I questioned the flight attendant why he did that and very disrespectful said that it was a security procedure. I reported the situation to the Head of the flight attendants and to the First Officers which basically disregarded my complaint. I have traveled over 30 years of my life and never had a situation like this Jonatan del Bosque is not a flight attendant and should not be allow to perform this type of job.

unbelievable- they offered a good deal during cyber monday, booked a convenient flight. a month later received a email saying my flight had been canceled. the best replacement flight they could offer would require me to wake up before 4 am and the original 2 hour layover became a 7 hour layover. turns out this was a lie. they sold the convenient flights on cyber Monday, switched customers to the early flight with long over. never canceled the original flight- likely sold seats for higher price. can companies do this? unbelievable

The mistreatment of the dogs on flight 421 from Miami to Mexico was deeply concerning. The evident lack of training and poor customer service from the ground staff highlights how unprofessional (and cheap) this airline truly is!!! I hope there are consequences for the way the dogs and their owners were treated. Situations like this shouldn’t be taken lightly!!

Employees at boarding gates are always very rude and disrespectful. I always have a bad experience while boarding, confirming passport.

It’s the first time I flight with Aeromexico and I had a really bad experience. I usually never write bad reviews I like to do recommendations of the best experience so other people can use . The service from counter people was really bad and rude . I have a carry on bag that I use for all my flights. It’s small and never had problems before in any airline . I had to send the luggage which bothers me a lot because I like to keep my things with me . The bad experience it was not just to send the luggage it was the way personel from the counter handle it . Claudia was super rude the way she told me I have to send the luggage and after that I ask her name She told me I m Claudia and you can write whatever you want. Not a good way to asnwer or provide a Customer Service . When service it’s provide the way of handling complains it’s very important . I hope they take this in count a provide their personel better customer service skills .
