Worst airlines to fly with do not even buy a ticket with them…..never gave me a notice about my canceled flight or tried to provide a solution to my flight….Missed original departure round trip on February 15 From Miami to Buenos Aires…No customer service number (closed) tried what’s app number no solution….Had to fly with United Airlines wonderful customer service and will be flying back with them since this airline stole my return flight back from Buenos Aires to Miami….Avoid yourself a headache, time and money….Fly with United Airlines much better class and customer service is immediately willing to provide help to you….

Great flag Air Line, with more than 150 destinations around the world in more than 30 countries and have a prety clean history in safety, the crew is kind and very professional. There are other airlines with the same destinations but the safety and cleanliness is something that you have to consider, I personally experienced that and did some internet research after, that allow me to write this review. I use their service since 2000 to today and will continue using it.

I bought tickets for $2,313.70 in March 2020. They cancel the flight several times because covi 19 . Every time they cancel they charge me extra to renew the tickets ( 3 separate times) They will no refund or let me travel with those tickets. I had try a million times to get any solution; nothing happens. They had thousands of complaints.

Hit and miss with them. Some flights are excellent other are the worst (8hr flight with no tv). Need to be more mindful of parents traveling with small children, when it comes to space.
