The program is poorly managed and creates unnecessary stress for students. Scheduling is chaotic, with constant pressure and repeated threats of being kicked out if you don’t meet unrealistic expectations. These threats start in orientation. Student housing is another trap — 2 to 4 people are crammed into a single room despite having completely different flight schedules, making proper rest nearly impossible. The staff is often argumentative rather than supportive, and professionalism is severely lacking. Expressing your concerns will get you kicked out. Instructors have been known to heckle students instead of guiding them. They mock there students in public. Resources are stretched far too thin. There are not enough planes to accommodate the volume of students, which ranges from 30 to 100 new enrollees every month. Dispatch is instructed to favor the foreign student population, leaving others at a disadvantage. Your instructor will be switched to the foreign program at critical stages of your training. Overall, the culture pressures students while ignoring their concerns, exhausts them with unreasonable expectations, and even discourages them from working outside the program to support themselves. It feels less like a genuine training program and more like a predatory setup designed to drain your money as quick as possible.

I left a comment about a week ago, but I noticed that it seems to have disappeared! I am not suggesting that an esteemed international training centre would intentionally delete or hide any comments, especially since I shared my honest feedback.I am resubmitting my comment below for your reference. Hope this comment is helpful to you: **Highly NOT recommended!** Lack of resources and a high cancellation rate! How can this be considered a training center if you can only fly once or twice a week—or even worse, only in twin-engine planes!!?? By the way, no need to doubt that if I was one of the students. That doesn’t change the fact that you are poor in every aspect—EVERYTHING.

Scheduling is extremely horrible, and even if your flight gets scheduled, they don’t have enough planes for you to fly. I never know when my family will be able to finish his training.

This is the biggest Ponzi scheme I’ve ever seen in my life. my son was supposed to be done with this program a year ago. I am so disgusted by the management and the lack of help that the students receive please don’t make the same mistake that my family has made by sending anybody that you know or care about to this program. I wish there was a class action lawsuit filed against this company.

I visit my niece and regularly and we can’t have a normal conversation without 10 planes flying over her apartment every minute. Really unfortunate that there aren’t any rules regulating noise ordinances.
