The company showed itself when everything is bad. I booked the flight way before this virus situation and was trying to cancel the ticket but can't reach anyone here in the US. Eventually, I canceled it through the Customer Service in Russia but still waiting for my money, 2 months already...

i hated this company bcuz they lost my luggage i called them so many times they never respond or even try to answer there phone calls or even call me back to let me know wheres my luggage that THEY LOSt! i went to the airport to see them in persom and they weret even available at the time they say they are!! worst company EVERR never flying with them again i dont care how cheap it is i will never fly with them again!!!

they LOVE money more than Customers. But they forget that without Customers they will have no MONEY!!!! very simple minded IVANUSHKI DURACHKI. If I paid you and you don't fly - GIVE me money back!!!

Service is zero, very incompetent staff, they love money more then everything. Never use this company because they will cheat.

Probably the worst airline I have flown in terms of service and organization. Always issues whether itβs something simple as carry on luggage or anytime of assistance. Employees of Aeroflot are not helpful at all and are incapable of resolving the simplest of things. Airline is notorious for overcharging rather than guiding customers to favorable resolution.
