Very disappointed. The prices are not much cheaper than hotels, but quality of the units is very poor. I have had the membership for years and ready to forgo my dues and loose the membership. They charge almost $300 annually for maintains, but quality of the rooms is extremely poor. Such as, rusted mirrors, leaky yellow bathrooms, outdated furniture, cracked and chipped bathtubs, broken microwave. According to them that is a normal wear and tear. Not to mention the smell of the unit.

I cannot stress enough how terrible this travel agency is, and I strongly advise against using their services. From the moment I reached out to Advantage Travels, it was evident that their customer service was appalling. The staff was unhelpful, dismissive, and showed a complete lack of interest in assisting their customers. It felt like they were doing me a favor by merely tolerating my inquiries. Their disrespectful and unprofessional behavior left me utterly frustrated and regretting my decision to engage with their agency. As if the poor customer service wasn't enough, their pricing practices were downright deceptive. Advantage Travels initially dangled attractive deals in front of me, only to later reveal a barrage of hidden fees and unexpected charges. The final cost of my trip skyrocketed far beyond what I had anticipated, leaving me feeling swindled and deceived. Their unethical pricing tactics are nothing short of a scam, and I caution anyone against falling victim to their deceitful practices. Not only did Advantage Travels fail to provide transparent pricing, but their attention to detail and organizational skills were shockingly subpar. My travel itinerary was riddled with mistakes, from incorrect flight times to botched hotel reservations. It was a constant battle to rectify their errors, and their response was nothing short of abysmal. In conclusion, I strongly advise against entrusting your travel plans to Advantage Travels. Their abysmal customer service, deceptive pricing, lack of organization, and refusal to take responsibility for their mistakes make them an absolute nightmare to deal with.
