We have been calling and emailing this company for a two months with almost no response. If we do reach someone we are told they will get back to us. We need 60 flights booked. From our coordinator "is ADTRAV truly prepared to assist with helping making the arrangements for our guests? No replies to email nor voice mail." We can find someone else to give our money to, very unprofessional.

Not sure about other people, but I have had a good experience with the ADTRAV people that work with the Department of Energy. If I need something, I will send them an e-mail and they will have me an itinerary in about 30 minutes. I have never had a 'rush' job. I have had one where the person traveled the next day, and they were spot on with getting me everything I needed from airline, Hotel, and rental car.

Consistently use ADTRAV when making travel reservations. Bill Barber has been my point of contact every time and he has never failed. I always have at least five or six people that need to travel internationally and he will get me the right tickets and itineraries within hours of asking. If something needs to be changed or cancelled, he immediately jumps on it and helps me out. I will continue to use ADTRAV for as long as I have to make travel plans.

I have worked with Adtrav Travel for quite some years. My favorite agent who helps me with every international trip for multiple countries at times, is Brian Green. He responds quickly, helps save us money and makes the travel process easy. Thank you for all your help!!!
