they will keep your credit card info. I had called them and asked them to remove, but they deny that they have my card info and my bank said they have. I am so afraid they will sell my card info.

I just had the most delightful experience with one of Adam vacations customer service people, named Lisa. I had many questions and she was knowledgeable, thorough, respectful, just a delightful person to work with my kids always tell me to do everything online, but I prefer a live person to talk to, and Lisa was just an incredible customer service rep. Please keep her on your team and give her a good raise. ha ha she was very very good. Thank you very much Lisa.

The customer service from Oliver Smith was exceptional. He was very patient and thorough throughout the process. He guided me and took care of all of my questions and concerns. I would recommend him in the future.

Don't book with them. I booked a flight and kept getting calls that I had to pay more because the flight cost had changed. When I refused to pay my booking was canceled. SCAM SCAM SCAM

SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM !!!!!!!!!!!!This company is a scam. They advertised a $800 fare, took my card, but never sent a confirmation or e-ticket — the site just dumped me back to the homepage. When I called they claimed the return flight “wasn’t available” and tried to extort an extra $150 to fix their fake booking. They promised a refund in 3–4 days and lied. My bank ended up canceling the card to stop them from charging again. Do not trust Adam Vacations — bait-and-switch pricing, no tickets issued, and fake promises of refunds. I’ve reported this to my card issuer and consumer protection. Save yourself the stress and book directly with the airline or a reputable agency.
