To all the ones that read the reviews about the office, Everyone has a bad day. The are very professional and serious at times that have to be. Went to Africa and accommodations were first class !

We went on their South Africa tour and it was the best vacation I've ever had. Very reasonably priced and 1st class accommodations. Our guides were super informative an really looked after us. On the land and river safaris we saw lions, giraffes, elephants, kudu, cape Buffalo, hippos, crocodiles, baboons, mongoose and more. We visited a local village on Impalila Island and it was eye opening to visit with the villagers who had very rudimentary possessions and surroundings. A friend, who had taken this same trip suggested that we bring with us a bag of balls, jump ropes, yoyos, stickers, small mirrors, etc. to give to the kids. (However hot wheels don't work well in dirt). They were ecstatic to get them and it made our day and theirs. I could go on and on about this trip, but I highly recommend it! The ACT staff is great as well.

The owner and office manager hate people and are beyond rude. Kicking customers out of their office and hanging up the phone on them is just business is usual. The trips they offer are mediocre at best. Don't be fooled by anything they offer that seems to be a bargain. Cheap is cheap.

I do senior rides and work as a caregiver in Palm Springs. I work with a lot of seniors in Palm Springs and surrounding areas. Some are wealthy people and others are on a fixed retirement income. I liked to hear that all of them had had a positive experience and the prices sounded really affordable. It also sounded like they made it easy for people by planning really interesting trips for people. I would recommend ACT to anyone young or old.
