Such a great day with Jay in Happy Valley! From start to finish our experience with ACE Limo was seamless and professional. We rented a 27 passenger bus to take us up and back to State College for a game. The bus was gorgeous and so comfy. Loved the WiFi/Bluetooth connectivity (although some of the songs the kids picked weren’t necessarily the 50year olds top choice) The gals in the office were super helpful when I had an issue and Jay, our driver, was not only a PSU grad but a super chill, friendly and easy going guy. The only thing missing from making this day a 100 outta 10 - was a hopeful upset over Indiana. We gave um a good fight and the game was crazy good so all in all our day was literally perfect. We used Ace for my friend's bridal shower brunch and it was amazing! I am the maid of honor in my best friend's wedding, so I was in charge of logistics for this bus, and it couldn't have been more seamless. My best friend wanted a non-traditional bridal shower, so we took a party bus with Ace to a drag brunch in Philly. Our driver, Mike, was incredibly kind and accommodating. The bus was stocked with water and ice, and he was super patient and tolerant of our singing! Ace was reliable and easy to work with. I got confirmation emails and texts leading up to the event, and Mike arrived early so that there was plenty of time for us to board the bus and get organized. I would 100% work with you again!

I used Ace for my wedding transportation in 2019 and just again for a birthday party bus. Our experiences both times were excellent and I'd highly recommend them! Everyone at Ace has been great to work with from getting a quote, booking our reservation, and making sure we had everything we needed for our event. James was a wonderful sight for our family of 12 after our long day of delayed and then missed flights due to poor maintenance scheduling by SWA. We arrived so very late. He got us loaded promptly and safely to our hotel in the early morning hours. Robert is great, very friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and extremely helpful. He is always punctual and I know you are proud he is one of your employees. We are thankful he is helping us around Philadelphia.
