BUYER BE AWARE!! I thought I was calling Delta Airlines. Absolute Holidays is one number off. The persons answering the phone said, "Reservations." Still thinking I was talking to a Delta representative, I proceeded to book a trip.When she quoted a price higher than I had researched, she advised it was taxes and a processing fee that increased the cost. Bottom line, I agreed to two charges: One was for the Delta Ticket and it was the correct amount, the other was a $815.00 booking fee to this agency. When I realized what I had done, I immediately cancelled the trip that I had booked. I asked for a copy of my cancellation and was advised there was NO cancellation number. I told them I expected a full refund and they said it would take 5-7 days. I called my credit card company and put them on alert! Winifred Rush 6/6/25

These guys POSED as Delta Airlines when we tried calling Delta to re-book our delayed flight. Charged excessive booking charges and other "fees" for a one-way flight. Ultimately we were able to get our flights but these guys charged $1800 additional for re-booking and got very defensive when we said we were going to book directly through another airline. They were adamant that we stay with them and work through them and nobody else BE WARNED! Always use Delta's direct number in their app when re-booking

THIS COMPANY IS POSING AS DELTA AIRLINES TO STEAL YOUR MONEY!! heres the story, i had to change my international flights and i called what i thought was delta directly, and it was this company. they did not tell me their company name, the POSED as delta and changed my flights for me. now i have never been overseas, so when they told me it would be an EXTRA $1,200 i assumed that was normal. however, when i called delta (thru my app this time instead of google) to adjust something else, they had put an email on my account that was not mine. thats how we noticed. when i called them to ask for my money back they said no, they didnt scam me. so i have to now take to social media and the BBB to let other people know. because DELTA told me it would not have cost more than$200 to change those flights, and they took $1200 from me. THEN once i finally got them to refund my money, THEY CANCELED OUR ENTIRE TRIP SOMEHOW!!! i had to re do all our flights (4 flights, 4 airports) it was a disaster. dont be fooled. and always call delta from their app not google to prevent from being taken by these scam artists

Pranav Dave was extremely helpful. I asked for two Business Class tickets to India. I asked, via email, others that I found on the web, as well. Pranav gave me the best price and a very convenient schedule. We needed to change the first leg of our journey because the connecting time was noticeably short. He noticed that and on his own he changed that flight to an earlier flight so that we would have plenty of time to connect. Of course, he checked with me and kept me appraised of the changes. He was prompt in returning calls and when he worked form India and answered the phone even in the middle of night. I highly recommend his services.

Pranav is a very experienced and knowledgeable person. We bought tickets from him for India. He was able to get my husband a ticket within 2 days so we could both be on the same flights. I would definitely recommend him as a travel agent for any travel destinations. Thank you Pranav.
